Lost Your Full Version?

To recover your purchased version, you should know your order number and email used when ordering the game. If you lost your order number, you can send it to your email address using the eSellerate Support Page. If you can't do this, please contact our support service providing as much information about your order as you can, including version of the purchased game, your full name and email addresses that might be used. We'll try to locate your order in our database.

If you ordered the full version in our web store, you can re-download it from the eSellerate Support Page.

You may use your order number/email pair to re-download the full version up to 3 times. Then you'll need to contact us to have us manually reset the reinstall limit for the order.
